If you have a BUGGY (any make) then sign up for this unique experience.
Based at Haukadalur (Geyser), this experience will use most of the same routes as the Hill Rally competitors will race.
This is not a race or rally but you experience the same tracks, same time control experience BUT at a controlled Traffic Law legal speed and we will track your buggy like the rally vehicles.

What do you need:
- A buggy or 4×4 for rough track driving, NOT a 4×4 car or Dacia Duster, etc
- A full head helmet
- Outer overall – to keep you clean and warm
- Trainers or boots that fasten not plastic sandals
- Gloves to keep your hands warm
- No windscreen means you must have eye protection, like ski googles.
- Spare wheel and tyres if you have
- Extra Fuel in the correct type of container. (Geyser N1 is close)
- Basic tools and jack so you could change a wheel.
- A partner to sit with you, but you could manage without.
INFORMATION
The only public road is closed under a separate motorsport license.
The Experience Day is NOT an AKIS motorsport event.
Your vehicle will have a GPS tracker, so we can monitor your travel and safety.
There is a maximum speed as per the Traffic Law, 80 k/h on gravel.
Please stay under 80 k/h, do not spoil your day, we may have to suspend the Experience.
Bring family and friends, it is a fun day out and if we have a good turn out there will be food.
Do not bring a BBQ, this is a forest!
